Authors and Intent of this Project Introduction

     This Project Introduction serves as an interface to the wider community of scholars and scientists in which we work. At this stage it is written and maintained by Robert Constable who from time to time attempts to organize the whole constellation of interests in the PRL group. This document is intended to provide a context for other members of the group to augment the Introduction, and it attempts to describe to readers some of the channels on which we are collectively "listening" to the rest of the research community.
